Guidelines for an exceptional dining experience

Reservation Policy

Booking

Reservations can be made online, by phone, or in person. We recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance for regular dining and 2 weeks in advance for private events.

Grace Period

We hold reservations for 15 minutes past the reserved time. If you anticipate being late, please contact us at +1 (555) 123-4567.

Cancellation Policy

Please provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or changes. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee for parties of 6 or more.

No-Show Policy

No-shows without prior notice may affect future reservation privileges.

Dress Code

Smart Casual Attire

We maintain a smart casual dress code to preserve the refined atmosphere of our restaurant.

Appropriate Attire

  • Collared shirts, dress shirts, or blouses
  • Dress pants, slacks, or elegant dresses
  • Closed-toe dress shoes or elegant footwear

Not Permitted

  • Athletic wear, gym clothes, or sportswear
  • Flip-flops, beach sandals, or athletic shoes
  • Tank tops, sleeveless shirts, or excessively casual attire
  • Torn, distressed, or overly casual denim

Management reserves the right to refuse service to guests not meeting dress code standards.

Allergies & Dietary Restrictions

Food Allergies

Please inform your server of any food allergies or dietary restrictions when you arrive. Our culinary team will do their utmost to accommodate your needs.

Cross-Contamination

While we take every precaution, our kitchen prepares dishes containing allergens. Cross-contact may occur despite our best efforts.

Advance Notice

For severe allergies or complex dietary requirements, we appreciate advance notice when making your reservation so our chef can properly prepare.

Menu Designations

  • GF – Gluten-Free by default
  • GFR – Gluten-Free upon request
  • V – Vegan by default
  • VR – Vegan upon request
  • 🌶️ – Spicy (intensity may vary)

Dining Etiquette

Cell Phones

We kindly request that cell phone use be kept to a minimum. Please set devices to silent mode and take calls outside the dining area.

Children

Children are welcome at Ginger Café & Grill. We ask that parents ensure children remain seated and use indoor voices to respect other diners.

Photography

Food photography is welcome. However, we ask that flash photography and video recording be avoided to maintain the ambiance.

Smoking

Ginger Café & Grill is a smoke-free establishment. Designated smoking areas are available outside the restaurant.

Additional Information

Age Requirement

Guests must be 21 years or older to consume alcoholic beverages. Valid photo ID is required.

Seating

While we honor seating preferences, specific table assignments cannot be guaranteed and are subject to availability.

Service Charge

A 20% gratuity is automatically added for parties of 6 or more guests.

Lost & Found

Ginger Café & Grill is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Please contact us if you believe you've left something behind.

Please dine responsibly. If you plan to consume alcohol, we encourage you to arrange alternative transportation.
